At Vele Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, sealed condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled or modified at any time through your account before the next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
